Remmotorcycle offers a superb DISC type muffler with CNC aluminum muffler tips.

This exhaust is ideal for transforming a motorcycle into a scrambler , cafe racer , tracker, custom or bratstyle .

This exhaust due to its design stands out from standard exhausts. Indeed, it has several discs at the end supported by a CNC aluminum plate and 6 BTR type screws.

Thus the exhaust gases do not pass the discs to exit. This system provides a unique sound.

The other advantage of this exhaust being able to adjust the sound volume via the number of disks installed. The more discs installed, the more room the gases have to escape. So the noise is more important.

Conversely, the fewer discs there are on the muffler, the more the exhaust gases are compressed and this reduces noise.

You can thus adjust the exhaust to have the best noise / performance ratio.

This disc system also makes it possible to dispense with the so-called DB killer baffle.

The exhaust branch is 53 mm, it is supplied with a 45 mm or 38 mm adapter

If the diameter of your exhaust pipe is different, we will look for and find you an adapter in order to install it serenely.

In terms of color, it is available in aluminum color.

The exhaust is sold with a clamp and an exhaust support.

The exhaust bracket is welded to the exhaust body.

We can weld it to another place of the muffler if you wish. As in the photo of the dimensions for example: at the connection to the exhaust pipe.
