CAFE RACER and loop saddle

Transform the back of your motorcycle into a real Racer coffee thanks to this set composed of a rear buckle in raw steel and a single -seater type shell.

Kit contents

• Rear loop : Steel tube Ø22 mm (2 mm thick) curved, welded reinforcement turntables - Delivered gross, ready to be adjusted and welded to your frame.
• Shell + seat : fiberglass shell (white gelcoat ready to paint), black vinyl seat padded.

Saddle characteristics

• Total length: 56 cm
• Max width (base): 24 cm
• Watchup: 17 cm
• Pierced base (Ø8 mm) for quick fixing on the loop or on an aluminum plate

Facility

1. Cut the back of the frame to the desired length;
2. Present the loop, check the angle and then point to the welding;
3. Weld entirely, protect and paint or epoxider;
4. Screw the shell on the loop (or platinum), connect the rear lighting if necessary.

Advice

• Check the inner width of your frame (≤ 22 cm recommended) before ordering.
• The shell is supplied raw; Plan Mastic end + primer if you want a perfect rendering before painting.
• TIG/MIG welding recommended for the solidity of the loop.
