Bobber brown saddle - Horizontal seams

OUR solo bobber saddle is handcrafted in an artisanal manner.

The first step in creating the saddle is making the saddle bottom.

OUR artisan chose an aluminum plate of 3mm thick in order to guarantee the solidity of the seat and a good sustainability.

THE metal saddle bottom is cut, shaped to create the ideal seat and painted black.

On it are fixed 4 screws who are welded. This is important for good hold and resistance to vibration.

The 4 screws are supplied with 4 nuts with plastic protection.

They are optimally fixed for installation on the frame.

To do this, we recommend our compatible saddle support with this bobber saddle.

These springs are of superior quality and have real cushioning. You just have to look at the width and flexibility of the spring to see it.

Combine with our comfortable saddle, you can ride with peace of mind even on rigid.

Then the craftsman places the dark brown coating, previously cut and shaped. This is a PU leather or faux leather. This coating was chosen for its sustainability, her low maintenance cost and its quality.

For purists, we also offer cowhide leather models.

THE coating is fixed to the bottom of the saddle using 19 rivets for good hold and an exemplary finish.

This model is available with several different finishes and 2 colors.

It is available with horizontal, vertical or diamond stitching.

And available in black or brown.
