How to install a Zbar handlebar?
Here are the general steps to install a Z-BAR handlebar On your motorcycle:

Unplug the battery :
- To avoid any risk of electric short circuit, disconnect the battery of your motorcycle.

Remove the existing elements :
- Remove the mirrors, brake and clutch levers, as well as any other element fixed to the original handlebars.
- Carefully locate the location of the cables and fixings for subsequent reassembly.

Loosen the bolts of the upper fork :
- Do not completely remove the bolts, but make sure they are sufficiently loosened to allow the withdrawal of the original handlebars.

Gently slide the original handlebars out of the tubes of the fork tee :
- Be careful not to damage cables or connections.

Position the new Z-BAR handlebars :
- Install the new handlebars by ensuring that it is aligned and centered.

Reinstall the bolts of the upper fork :
- Tighten the bolts to the tightening torque indicated in the manual of your motorcycle.

Reposition the elements :
- Replace the brake and clutch levers, the mirrors and any other element on the new handlebars.

Connect the cables and controls :
- Follow the instructions of the handlebar manufacturer to connect the cables and controls.
- Make sure the cables are neither pinched nor tense excessively.

Reconnect the battery :
- Once in place, reconnect the battery of your motorcycle.

Check operation :
- Test the operation of the brakes, the clutch and the accelerator.
- Make sure everything is working properly and the handlebars are well fixed.
Additional advice :
- Take photos of the cable connections before disassembling them to help you when reassembling.
- Use fat for assembly on the contact points between the handlebars and the tubes of the fork.
