Carefully machined, it incorporates CNC-chamfered edges to protect the user and passenger from sharp edges, while providing a solid grip for the straps.

The tray in 6061‑T6 aluminum benefits from a sequence of high-end treatments: manual polishing, chemical polishing, microblasting 220 and hard anodizing. The result: a fine, elegant matte texture that is very resistant to wear. Inside, a concealed support in 304 stainless steel receives an epoxy coating (powder coat) to guarantee remarkable rigidity and exemplary durability, even under intensive use.

Designed for everyday use as well as for travel, the rack incorporates a non-slip silicone pad which stabilizes the bags and prevents slipping. Two optional stainless steel rods can be added to secure soft bags or small luggage. Dedicated installation brackets are provided to adapt according to the saddle, ensuring a precise fit and a quick assembly thanks to the screw kit provided.
