    Installation, assembly of remmotorcycle motorcycle floating discs

    Necessary material:

    Flat screwdriver or beak pliers

     

    Kit contained:

    - 1 floating disc (track)

    - 1 floating disc door

    - 6 floating rivets

    - 6 flat washers

    - 6 springs

    - 6 clips (e-clip)

    Step 1

    Important : The washers and clips are always located inside the wheel (interior of the disc).

    Work flat on a table or workbench 

     

    Step 2

    Identify the installation direction as a function of disc support and floating rivets

     

    Step 3

    Insert all floating rivets:

    Step 4 

    Place the flat rings first

    Step 5 

    Position the springs on the flat rings

    Motorcycle floating disc rivet

     

    Step 6

    Log the floating rivets using e-clips. Use a flat screw rotation and push behind the e-clip. You can use a beak pliers for easier. 

    Make sure the clip revolves around the rivet. This means that the e-clip is in place.

    Repeat for all rivets.

    Important note: When installing the disc on your hub, remember to tighten the screws with net brake and tighten the screws to the manufacturer's torque.
