Titane admission kit for Triumph Bobber

A premium intake set to enhance your Triumph Bobber

Based on the know-how of Goldwing Craft , this “open intake” kit replaces the original air box of your Triumph Bobber to free up the breathing of the parallel twin cylinder and visually lighten the frame triangle.

The 90° elbows are welded in grade 1 titanium then colored in three finishes:

• Gold (golden heat treatment),
• Titanium (natural titanium) 
• Chrome (mirror effect).

Kit contents

• 2 titanium intake elbows
• 2 high density conical air filter + brass sleeves
• 2 CNC aluminum collars + stainless steel screws
• Side cover in black imitation leather (blocking the space under the saddle)
• Support & spacers for “no-cut” mounting

Advantages

• Optimized airflow : more linear curve, better response at mid-range.
• Reduced weight : lightweight titanium, gain ≈ 800 g vs. original air box.
• Custom aesthetic : arc-iris weld finish, café-racer/bobber accent.
• Reversible assembly : no cutting, return to origin possible.

Technical data

• Elbow material: Gr1 titanium, th. 1 mm • TIG welding
• Filtration: washable triple density foam 
• Fixings: M6 stainless steel screws, anodized legs
• Compatibility: Triumph Bobber / Bobber Black / Bobber Chrome (1200 cc)

Installation (≈ 60 mins)

1. Remove the original seat, air box and battery cover.
2. Position the leather side cover provided and tighten the straps.
3. Fit the titanium elbows onto the injection bodies, orient towards the rear.
4. Attach the CNC collars, then tighten the conical filters.
5. Check that no hose is pinched; start and check for air leaks.

Note

Reprogramming or an adjustable injection box is recommended to get the full potential of the kit.
