Sacha Lakic, an experienced designer, transformed a 1982 model into an elegant and efficient machine.

Key points of transformation:

• Rear back and suspension loop for a single-seater and a single-seater saddle.
• Front fork Marzocchi Rac and reinforced oscillating arms.
• Rims Excel 17 inches with supermotard tires.
• Braking Nissin and radiator CBR125.
• Clip-on handlebar and footrest CBR1000 adapted.
• Two-in-one exhaust and matt black, red and aluminum finishes.

Final result: A lighter motorcycle (125 kg), more handy and with a resolutely sporty look.

AUTOFABRICA Type 8 HONDA CX CAFE RACER

Where most preparers seek to correct the often criticized framework of the Honda CX500, AUTO FABRICA chose a very different approach.

Rather than hiding its unique features, the workshop has decided to highlight the unique organic form of the frame.

By retaining the original framework and sublimating it with neat work, AUTO FABRICA created a cafe racer with a distinctive look.

An aluminum tank shaped by hand, a tailor -made saddle and exhaust line complement the table.

Austrian workshop NCT Motorcycles never fails to surprise us and has the gift of treating every detail.

This CX500 from 1978 was a personal project, a means for Nct to give free rein to his creativity.

The owner of the workshop, David Widmann, was inspired by the concept CB1100 TR of Honda To design this machine.

The team completely dismantled the motorcycle to transform it.
