Delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout, based on the delivery address, weight and volume of the order.
Free delivery from 100 € of purchase is only offered to certain destinations located in the European Union and with an active market on our store.
It does not apply in particular to the following destinations:

WHAT ARE THE ORDER PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES?
Preparation and shipping times are between 1 and 3 days.
They are higher on personalized products or products made to order and range from seven days for a loop to three months for a tank.

WHICH CARRIER PROVIDES DELIVERY?
Orders are usually delivered by local post service or express carrier.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
The tracking number is updated a few days before delivery.

WHEN IS DELIVERY?
Your order will be delivered by LA POSTE, GLS or other local carriers at any time of the day from Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. and Saturday, between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m.
If you are absent during delivery and your package does not enter your mailbox, The carrier reserves the right to drop off your package at a relay point closest to you or to a third party such as the neighborhood.

MY PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED OR DELIVERED DAMAGED
Customers are asked to follow the tracking of the package and report any problems to us within three days after delivery indicated on the tracking of the package in question.

UNCLAILED PACKAGES AT RELAY POINT
If the package was delivered to a relay point following the impossibility of delivering it to you personally or by choice, it is your responsibility to collect the package within the time limit set by the carrier.
Any uncollected package will be automatically returned to our warehouse by GLS or LA POSTE. In this case:
No refund of initial shipping costs will be made if the package is not claimed.
