    We offer you a 100% "satisfied or refunded" warranty on all our products! To fully satisfy you, we have implemented a simple and effective return policy.

     

    Returns are free in the event of exchange and credit on products over € 100. 

    An article does not suit you:

    Don't worry! You have a right of return up to 14 days after receipt of the article.

    Stock -up fees

    To cover logistics processing costs and payment fees (not reimbursed by providers such as Stripe or Paypal), A return costs of 5 % of the amount of the item (with a minimum of € 5) is applied to the refunds.

    👉 No fees is applied in the event of an exchange or credit (to have), only during a refund.

    Here's how to do in 3 steps:

    1. Contact us at the following address: contact@remmotorcycle.com To inform us that you want to make a return.
    2. Tell us if you want to enjoy a free return (exchange and credit) or make a refund.
    3. Print the return form and the label that will be sent to you by e-mail.
    4. Send your article accompanied by the form to the address that we will communicate to you by e-mail.

    A few days after receiving the return, we will contact you to provide you with your credit, send you the new product or refund. 

    In the event of credit, the credit note has no validity duration. 

    The return costs remain your responsibility in other cases. 

    The product must be in its original state. In the event that it could not be given for sale at its original price, you will have to pay additional financial compensation. 

     

    A product of your order is broken or defective:

    Your package happens to be abused during delivery, but don't worry. 

    In these cases, Contact us at contact@remmotorcycle.com in 72 hours after reception with the following details:

    1. Your order number
    2. The description of the problem (broken, defective article, etc.)
    3. A photo or video demonstrating the problem as well as a photo of the shipping label.

    In this case, we take care of the return of the product, you send a new product and we offer you a gift in compensation for the damage suffered.

     

    Regarding tailor -made products:

    If you no longer want a tailor-made product when it corresponds to the dimensions transmitted, the color or the shape, no return is accepted.

    It is important to prepare your project well upstream. 

     

    Products exchanged :
    In the event of a product return already exchanged for the first time, the return costs will be automatically deducted from the total amount of the reimbursement.
