MATERIALS & MANUFACTURING

S42020 stainless steel: the same type of steel as that used by major braking brands, offering an excellent compromise between power, bite and longevity.

Aluminum 6061: used for the hub and floating bushes, this alloy renowned for its mechanical resistance and its corrosion resistance allows you to reduce weight while maintaining perfect rigidity.

CNC cutting & machining: precision laser cutting then double-sided grinding to very tight tolerances in order to minimize vibrations and obtain a perfectly flat braking surface.

IMPORTANT – NON-COMPATIBLE MODELS

• Triumph Bobber from model year 2024: not compatible (new generation of parts, different attachment).

If your model is not in the compatibility list, the drive is not suitable without specific modification.

INSTALLATION

Fitting to replace the original disc on the models listed. For some 320mm mounts, a caliper offset support may be necessary depending on the configuration (like our performance kit).

For optimal results, we recommend assembly by a professional as well as gradual running-in of new pads.
