WHY CHOOSE A FLOATING DISC?
Floating discs are often preferred in high-performance vehicles due to their ability to dissipate heat more efficiently, reduce unsprung weight, dampen vibration and improve longevity, resulting in superior braking performance.
QUALITY MATERIALS
- S42020 grade stainless steel : This type of steel is preferred by major brake brands.
- 6061 grade aluminum : Aluminum alloy 6061 is widely used due to its excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. It is used for hubs and six bushings.
- Manufacturing process : Parts are CNC cut and then undergo double precision grinding to ensure tight tolerances and eliminate vibration.
