Lightweight & ultra-resistant engine guard for your off-road outings

Designed and machined by BVL, this one-piece engine guard in 4mm 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum replaces the original plastic plate of your CFMOTO 450 MT.

Its CNC bent ribs and polygonal openings stiffen the whole while allowing the evacuation of mud, sand and stone projections.

Facility

1. Place the motorcycle on center stand or motorcycle lift.
2. Remove the original plate and keep the screws if necessary.
3. Position the BVL shoe with the spacers provided, align the holes.
4. Secure using screws (torque: 22 N·m).
5. Check the clearances, then tighten to the final torque.

Note

Product developed specifically for 450MT : No modification to the frame or engine is required. Rough edges may lighten slightly over time; apply a protective wax to maintain the brushed appearance.
