    How to order?
    To order, simply go to our site.
    You just have to choose the items of your choice by clicking on "Add to the basket".
    Then click in your basket (the small cart at the top right of our site) and click on "payment".

    What are the payment methods accepted?

    We accept the following means of payment: Bank card and Paypal.

    I can't pay.

    Please check the number of your card, the type of card used, the expiration date, as well as the visual cryptogram appearing on the back of the latter. If the problem persists, try from another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari ...) or with another means of payment.

     

    My promo code does not work.

    We know that you like good deals, and promotional codes allow you to benefit from advantageous discounts on certain products. However, these codes do not apply to all of our categories. Many sites with which we are not partners do not take these elements into account, nor the period of validity, and communicate to you incomplete or erroneous information. Each promo code has a duration and use number limited in time. No refund will be made retroactively, if the promo code has not worked.


    I only received part of my order. Is it normal?
    Don't worry! It's completely normal because Articles can be sent in several packages.
    Your missing objects should not be long!

    The order is indicated as delivered but I have not received it

    It can be a postal error, but very often, the problem is solved by doing the following things:
    - Ask your neighbors if they have not received the order for you.
    - Go directly to the Post Office get it.
    You have 7 days to notify us if a package is indicated as delivered but you have not received it. Beyond this deadline, we will not be able to consider the package as stolen or lost.

     

    The order is returned to the sender

    La Poste can return an order to us if the address provided or the name on the mailbox is wrong. In this case, you will be warned by email and we will precede to a surrender.

    We must contact us by indicating your full address as well as the name appearing on the mailbox.

    Confirmation email not received

    A confirmation email is sent automatically after each order. If you have not received it, it may be for the following reasons:

    - Email is in your spam box
    - The email entered during the order is not correct. In this case, contact us, we will correct it with the right email address and we will send you back the emails you should have received.

     
    I did not receive my tracking number

    We transmit the tracking numbers within 48 hours worked after having made your order on our site. Beyond this period, contact us.


    Can I cancel or modify an order?

    Orders are generally processed within 12 hours of the order. Thus, in order to cancel or modify the order, please send us an email to contact@remmotorcycle.com within 12 hours of the order. 

    If the deadline is exceeded, you will always have the possibility of returning the package once received.
