    HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER ?

    When shipping your order, you will receive an email confirming the shipment.

    In this one, by clicking on "See my order", You will go to the order page.

    You will find all the elements of your order as well as the tracking number (s). You can follow your package by clicking on the tracking number.

    You will be redirected to the carrier site which will make the delivery.

     

    The tracking number does not work, what to do ?

    Monitoring of the package can take several days to be effective. This may vary depending on traffic, the transport company as well as the parcel management by post.

     

    The follow -up number no longer evolves, what to do ?

    Your package is certainly on the way. Monitoring can take several days before evolving. Not all steps are taken into account by the follow -up following the carrier.

    1. Check with your neighbors and your building goalkeeper (if you have one):

    6. Bring the necessary information:
