To fully satisfy you, we have implemented a simple and effective return policy.

Returns are free in case of exchange and credit on orders over 100€.

An article does not suit you:

No worries ! You have a right of return up to 14 days after receipt of the item .

Here's how in 3 steps:

1. Contact us at the following address at contact@remmotorcycle.com to let us know that you want to make a return.
2. Tell us if you want to take advantage of a free return (exchange and credit) or make a simple return.
3. Print the return form and the label which will be sent to you by e-mail.
4. Send your article along with the form to the address that we will communicate to you by e-mail.

A few days after receiving the return, we will contact you to provide you with your credit note, send you the new product or proceed with the refund.

In case of credit, the credit note has no validity period.

Returns are free in case of exchange and credit on orders over 100€.

Return costs are your responsibility in other cases.

The product must be in its original condition. In the event that it cannot be put back on sale at its original price, you will have to pay financial compensation.

A product in your order is broken or defective:

Your package may be mishandled during delivery, but don't worry.

In these cases, contact us at contact@remmotorcycle.com with the following details:

1. Your order number
2. The description of the problem (broken item, defective, ...)
3. A photo or video demonstrating the problem as well as a photo of the shipping label.

In this case, we take care of the return of the product, send you a new product and we offer you a gift in compensation for the damage suffered.

Regarding custom-made products:

If you no longer want a custom-made product when it corresponds to the dimensions transmitted, to the color, or to the shape, no return is allowed.

It is important to prepare your project well beforehand.
