Discover this magnificent Monza screw-on fuel cap to nicely complete a BMW fuel tank.
The cap fits all BMW R Series models, i.e. BMW R45, R60, R75, R80, R90, R100 and derivatives.
It screws on in place of the original cap and has a hatch for opening.
It is called "Monza" in reference to the Italian city famous for its circuit where we saw this type of opening appear for the first time.
In fact, this clipped hatch system allowed competition motorcycles to be refueled more quickly thanks to this mechanism. This closes and opens quickly.
This Monza BMW fuel cap is ideal as part of a cafe racer, scrambler or bratstyle preparation because it allows you to separate from the unsightly original cap.
